Our next IT Conversation sessions will be as follows: 7th February stating at 10.30AM in the Function Room West at Club Marion with the session going till about 12.30AM.Emily from Marion Council library seniors learning, will give us a session on – Maximizing your Phone’s storage plus using Cloud storage, Hard drives, and further advice on using Canva to organise and transform your photos into Phonebooks. PLUS, the normal questions and answers session.

Welcome back to all those interested in learning more about today’s technology. I am trying to get interesting speakers who can teach us, including myself about using our devices more efficiently including some one-on-one help.

Music Group
Our group meets monthly to listen to the music topic of the month, swap CDs and ideas on music of any genre. All form of media – CD, Vinyl, MP3 on USB stick, even cassette tapes
The next meeting will be at 10.30 am on Friday 14th February 2025 at Club Marion. The theme will be musical artists who have changed their performing name
If you wish, there is no need to bring your music on CDs, vinyl, USB stick for this meeting
Everyone is welcome including wives and partners.
This meeting is very suitable if you are coming along for the first time.
All welcome, bring along wives/ partners and friends. Coffee/tea can be purchased for morning tea at 11:30
Everybody is welcome to join us in the Bistro for lunch after conclusion of the meeting at 12.30pm.

10-Pin Bowling
Next bowling sessions are on 14th January and 28thJanuary 2025 continuing throughout the year on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of each month. Two games plus coffee for $19.00. Note that this will be at Zone Bowling, Noarlunga (check their website)
Meet at the Club Marion carpark at 9:30 for car-pooling to Zone Bowling, Beach Rd, Noarlunga or proceed directly to Zone Bowling by 10:15 for a 10:30 start. Wives/partners, friends and family are welcome to participate. Contact Kevin Denton on ph 0412 433 387 for enquiries.

Walking Group
Meets every Monday morning at 9.00 am – Club Marion carpark from where they head to destination selected by the “Leader of the Day”.
The walk is followed by a coffee at a local café.
Wives/partners and friends are welcome to participate in the walks.
Every Monday thereafter until further notice. (Please note: There is no walk on the day of our General Group meeting)

Coffee & Cake Morning Group
Meets every third Tuesday morning at 10am to 12.00 – Spargo’s Cafe, Marion Westfield Shopping. This is a drop-in session, no bookings necessary. Tables 44 and 45 are reserved for us in the area adjacent to the Mall.
